We are Messiah Lutheran Church located at 4202 N Belt St in Spokane, Washington. You can find us the Shadle area on the corner of Longfellow and Belt, across from the southwest corner of Shadle Park. We are a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America (ELCA).
We have Worship with Communion each Sunday at 10am. Christian Education , held September thru May begins at 8:45am for children and adults. We host special services during the Lenten and Advent Seasons.
Messiah welcomes Interim Pastor Kimberly (Kimmy) Meinecke. Kimmy joins us from the Portland area and last served as pastor in Goldendale, Washington. Please join us for worship and communion during this time of transition.
Messiah offers 3 Women's circles, a seniors group Young at Heart, A Women's Group, Men's monthly breakfasts, a youth group in combination with other churches as well as Vacation Bible School in the summer. Messiah offers confirmation classes for children 6th grade thru 8th grade. We are a Stephen Ministry congregaton .
Messiah celebrated it's 60th Anniversary on Sunday, April 17th.
